In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the 447duit website at the domain 447duit.one together with all related applications and services.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 447duit platform.
• "Company" or "We" refers to 447duit as the operator of this online gambling platform.
• "Account" refers to an individual member account registered on the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time.

447duit is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

All financial transactions on the 447duit platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method selected.

The payment methods supported by the 447duit platform are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including various major local banks as examples)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

You must ensure that the payment method you use is registered in your own name. 447duit reserves the right to reject or suspend transactions suspected of fraud or that do not comply with the usage policy set out. Any attempt to deposit via a third party is prohibited.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. This is a security measure to protect your funds and prevent fraud.

447duit offers various promotions and bonuses to members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is issued.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM500. Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.

VIP & Cashback Programme: Active members can upgrade to three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% respectively. VIP tier upgrades depend on activity records and platform usage.

The 447duit platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery and arcade. Each game or category may have additional rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a clear technical error has occurred.
• If a technical disruption occurs while a game is in progress, 447duit will resolve the case based on valid transaction records.
• The use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised means to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained through unauthorised means or fraud will be voided and the relevant member's account will be suspended.

447duit members are expected to behave courteously and responsibly at all times on the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other members or 447duit support staff.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs in games.
• Spreading false information about 447duit to others.
• Opening duplicate accounts to obtain bonuses or benefits repeatedly.

You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the established procedures.

447duit reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in circumstances such as:

• Suspected fraud or serious financial misconduct.
• Breach of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Requirements from relevant legal authorities.
• A self-exclusion request made by the member for responsible gambling reasons.

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

447duit's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited into the relevant account within the 30 days prior to the claim being made. 447duit operates under international licensing and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the established official complaints procedure.

447duit reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via:

• A notice displayed on the platform's main page.
• An email notification sent to the email address registered to the member's account.
• A notice within the member's account upon login.

Continued use of the 447duit platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
